There are many features and things a user can do within iSpyFire. To control what features your department has access to (via subscription level) and what a user (or group of users) is allowed to do is all controlled via a mechanism we call ACLs. Here is the current list of all available ACLs and what they mean.
You can create ACL groups and manage those groups from your administrators settings page under the ACL Groups link. Using groups can give Firefighters, Volunteers and Support staff all different access in the system if you would like.

- Link to me page from logged in username.

- Shows responders under a hover on the me page.
- Calls_AdvancedOptions
- Shows the advanced options menu for calls, this is where you’ll find location tagging. Fireload and hoarding for example.
- People

- People_Edit
- Enables links to people details from the main people page.
- People_ViewSecurity
- Enables links to people ACL lists from the main people page, this link is located on the right of the screen while hovering over a person.

- Enables the ability to make changes to the security screen enabled by People_ViewSecurity, for example, single set ACLs.
- People_AdvSettings
- Enables additional people values like identifier and hire date. Things that general people should not be able to change about themselves.
- People_Invite
- Enables the ability to invite people to become users of the system. All done on the people details page.

- Displays the user table at the bottom of the people page.
